I think that the most accurate and easiest to program type of shooter would basically spit out the balls with wheels, similar to a baseball pitching machine. It would have two wheels a ball's diameter apart that would spin together to launch a ball out of a (fixed) angled shoot. The largest problem is with DC motors, speed depends on battery level, so we would have to use a voltage regulater. Perhaps, though, one is already incorporated in the victor speed controllers...
And one request,
PLEASE PLEASE change your visable name to be just your first name. It's really hard to keep track of everyone on robotics so do us all a favor and make your display name the one your parents gave you.

Y'know, I think we're getting to know each other by our nicknames . . . so I think it's okay. Let's try to sign our posts with our real name though, for a bit, like this:
- Em
good idea em
-chrissy
